Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

Origen is a Selva project. This notice covers the eudrperu.com website and its contact forms; it does not cover the plot-capture app.

2. What data we process

• Contact form (home page and “Get started”): first name, last name, email, phone, company, your message and your consent.
• Technical data of your submission, recorded by the form with your message: the page you write from, campaign parameters (utm), your browser’s language and time zone, your device and screen type, and the time spent on the form.
• Browsing: the server logs technical data of each visit, such as IP address, browser and page, for security and to run the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Cookies: we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only store the language you choose in your browser.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data to answer your request (a demo, information or getting started with Origen) and to follow up on that request commercially. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

• Selva Boost, Selva’s customer management system, hosted on Hostinger servers in Brazil.
• Google Cloud, in the United States, where the eudrperu.com website runs.
• The email and WhatsApp services we use to notify Selva’s team of each request.

We do not sell your data.

5. Processing outside the European Union

Selva is established in Peru, your data is stored in Brazil and the website runs in the United States, so your data is processed outside the European Union. By submitting the form you agree to this.

6. How long we keep it

Five years, unless you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent earlier.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to hola@selvagencia.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your EU country. In Peru, the competent authority is the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (Law No. 29733).

8. Required data and automated decisions

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to answer you; without them we cannot handle your request. We do not take decisions with legal effects for you based solely on automated processing.

9. Security and changes

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its date.
